Melanie is a graduate from DuBois Business College with an Associate Legal Secretarial Degree. She has worked in various office settings over the years. For the past 2 years, Melanie has been managing personal real estate rentals and recently obtained her real estate license.

She and her family are members of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Macon where she served on the Welcoming Committee and taught CCD for a number of years.

Charlie Simmons has lived and worked in Macon and Middle Georgia since his teens. He joins Rivoli Realty after a long career in the automobile retail trade business. Charlie stayed with the same company for over 30 years and understands commitment and loyalty. Working in a family business, Charlie is familiar with customer satisfaction and asking the right questions to assure that it is a reality. Charlie's life has centered around his family. He and his wife, the former Pat Bryant, have been married since 1966. They have raised 2 girls and 1 boy who each graduated from Windsor Academy. Each of his children received a college education with all of them being school teachers. He is proud and blessed to have 6 grandchildren. He keeps extremely busy between real estate, his family and his church duties. He and Pat are members of Mabel White Memorial Baptist Church where he serves as an Elder and is chairman of several different committees.

Kelli is no stranger to Middle Georgia. She was born and raised in Fort Valley, lived in Byron for 8 years and has recently built a new home in Monroe County. Kelli’s husband, Jim, is the Principal of Mary Persons High School. They have two children Kennedy and Jimbo. They are somewhat of a divided household: Kelli is a 1995 graduate of Auburn University, her husband is an avid Alabama fan and her children are Georgia Bulldog fans!

Prior to Kelli’s career in real estate, she worked for ten years for the local Coca-Cola bottler as an outside sales representative. At Coca-Cola she gained vast knowledge and experience about sales and also developed relationships with her customers in the Middle Georgia area that will last a lifetime.

Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, attending Bible study and participating in church activities. Kelli is an avid Bunko player and enjoys making pottery in her spare time.

Bill Lieber relocated to Macon in 2007 when he married the former Alexia McEachin, a Macon native. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Bill was the former owner of a bowler’s equipment and awards business in the Chicago area which was established by his father in 1950.

Since becoming involved in the real estate profession, he has taken a great deal of pride in assisting families in attaining their “dreams” when it comes to their residential needs. He has an Associate Brokers license and has attained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, the Seller Representative Specialist designations and is a licensed instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Bill has been actively involved in community service while serving his local Boys and Girls Clubs organization as president, the Salvation Army, American Cancer Society, Goodwill Industries and Kiwanis International - the latter serving as the Kiwanis International President in 1993. He is currently a member of the North Macon Kiwanis Club and active with the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors.

Anna is the Broker/Owner of Rivoli Realty having sold real estate in Macon and Middle Georgia since the fall of 1987. From her first year till present she has succeeded in being a multi-million dollar producer and has earned the Eagle, Phoenix and Silver Awards. She has been a top producer since the beginning of her career and has maintained membership every year since 1988 in the Million Dollar Club/Circle of Excellence. She is the only Realtor to be awarded “Realtor of the Year” twice by her peers.

Anna has served in several leadership positions of the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors including President. She now serves and has served in different areas of the State Association including Executive Committee, Chairman of RPAC & RIAC, Chairman of the Realtor of the Year Committee, Scholarship Trustee, A&O Committee, and Finance Committee. Anna also serves the Macon Community as a Medcen Trustee.

Anna has been married since 1977 to Robbie Roberts. Robbie retired from Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation and presently serves as the Vice-President of Operations for Rivoli Realty. They have two sons, Jamie & Clayton. Jamie is a Structural Engineer working in Atlanta with Uzun and Case and received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and masters in Structural Engineering from Auburn University. Clayton is a graduate of Mercer University and holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern and also is a Certified Public Accountant. He is currently pursuing an Executive Masters degree from Wake Forest University and works for R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company as a Financial Analyst in Winston-Salem North Carolina. He is married to the former Anne Mantiply of Warner Robins. She is an English teacher at Reagin High School in Winston-Salem.

Robbie has been a realtor since the fall of 2000 and is the Vice-President of Operations/Associate Broker for Rivoli Realty. He has 30 years of broad business experience with Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corp. which includes 24 years of Accounting and Finance and 6 years of Supply Chain and Operational management. Robbie holds three professional certifications in Accounting (Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and a Certified Fraud Examiner), and possesses a thorough knowledge of financial tools required to properly analyze investment and commercial properties.

Robbie has been married since 1977 to Anna Roberts. They have two sons Jamie and Clayton. Jamie is a structural Engineer working in Atlanta with Uzun and Case and received his Undergraduate degree and Master’s from Auburn University. Clayton is a graduate of Mercer University, holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern and is employed by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Winston-Salem North Carolina as a Financial Analyst.

Robbie is an avid outdoorsman enjoying both hunting and fishing with his sons. Robbie and Anna are also active members of Vineville North Baptist Church serving in various capacities.

Todd has been selling real estate in the Macon and Middle Georgia area since the fall of 2001 and is an active member of the Middle Georgia Million Dollar club. He is also President of Suttles Hardwood Floors,Inc., which gives him a vast knowledge of the housing industry from the building side. Todd has been a part of the hardwood floor business and building industry since he was a teenager growing up in the family company. Laura Kostovetsky has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and obtained her Associate Broker license in 2007. She is an active lifetime member of the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence (formerly the Million Dollar Club). Her original exposure to real estate was in Jacksonville, Florida where she participated in several renovation projects within the property management arena of real estate.

Having grown up in Valdosta, Georgia, she could be referred to as a true “Georgia Girl” with only spending a few years in Florida. Taylor Peacock, a native of Gray Georgia, began his real estate career in 2005 after obtaining his B.A. from Mercer University and M.ed. from Loyola University Chicago. He has enjoyed selling real estate in Middle Georgia and has placed particular emphasis in marketing the historic district. Taylor has been credited with listing and selling the “Massey Mansion”, one of downtowns largest and most intriguing residential properties home of the character “Big Daddy” in Tennessee Williams’ “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” which was based on the patriarch of a Macon family with whom Williams spent time during his early writing years.

When not showing property, Taylor, an avid traveler, enjoys exploring new and exciting travel destinations - his favorites so far being the Mediterranean and the Baltic Countries. He also enjoys collecting pottery, paintings, and reading the cartoons from the New Yorker magazine.
