Bill Lieber relocated to Macon in 2007 when he married the former Alexia McEachin, a Macon native. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Bill was the former owner of a bowler’s equipment and awards business in the Chicago area which was established by his father in 1950.

Since becoming involved in the real estate profession, he has taken a great deal of pride in assisting families in attaining their “dreams” when it comes to their residential needs. He has an Associate Brokers license and has attained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, the Seller Representative Specialist designations and is a licensed instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Bill has been actively involved in community service while serving his local Boys and Girls Clubs organization as president, the Salvation Army, American Cancer Society, Goodwill Industries and Kiwanis International - the latter serving as the Kiwanis International President in 1993. He is currently a member of the North Macon Kiwanis Club and active with the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors.

Anna Roberts has sold real estate in Macon and Middle Georgia since the fall of 1987. During her first year in real estate she sold over 1.5 million. She has continued to be a multi-million dollar producer averaging over 4 million every year since 1997. She is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and has received the Eagle and Phoenix Awards (over 15 consecutive years of being a Member of the Million Dollar Club). She is only one of two people in the Realtor organization of Macon to be awarded “Realtor of the Year” twice by her peers.

Anna has served in several leadership positions in the Georgia Association of Realtors. She has been a RPAC & RIAC Trustee and served as both Vice-Chair and Chairman of these committees. She has also served as Chairman and Vice-Chair of the State Realtor of the Year. Currently she is a member of the Finance Committee and a Scholarship Trustee.

Anna has been married since 1977 to Robbie Roberts. Robbie is Vice-President of Operations for Rivoli Realtors. They have two sons, Jamie & Clayton. Jamie is a structural engineer working in Atlanta with Uzun and Case and received his undergraduate degree and Master’s from Auburn University. Clayton is a graduate of Mercer University, holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern and is employed by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Winston-Salem North Carolina as a Financial Analyst.

Robbie has been a realtor since the fall of 2000 and is the Vice-President of Operations/Associate Broker for Rivoli Realty. He has 30 years of broad business experience with Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corp. which includes 24 years of Accounting and Finance and 6 years of Supply Chain and Operational management. Robbie holds three professional certifications in Accounting (Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and a Certified Fraud Examiner), and possesses a thorough knowledge of financial tools required to properly analyze investment and commercial properties.

Robbie has been married since 1977 to Anna Roberts. They have two sons Jamie and Clayton. Todd has been selling real estate in the Macon and Middle Georgia area since the fall of 2001 and is an active member of the Middle Georgia Million Dollar club. He is also President of Suttles Hardwood Floors,Inc., which gives him a vast knowledge of the housing industry from the building side. Todd has been a part of the hardwood floor business and building industry since he was a teenager growing up in the family company. He has performed work in thousands of homes in Middle Georgia and is very familiar with housing throughout Bibb, Jones and Monroe counties.

Todd has been married to his wife since 1984. They have 4 active children involved in numerous sports activities, school programs and church functions. Whether it is a cheerleading competition, a football game, an equestrian event or helping in the “dug-out” at a Vine Ingle little league game, Todd enjoys and is committed to his children’s interests.

Todd and his family are charter members of Vineville North Baptist Church. He has served in many areas of ministry there including being an ordained Deacon, choir member, sunday school teacher and leader in Home Team Ministry.

Melinda has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004. She is an active member of the Million Dollar Club. She received an Associates Degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College. She also received a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College and State University in 1997.

Melinda worked for Trader Publishing Company after finishing college. She was an advertising representative for the company for six years before starting her career in real estate. While there she acquired a vast number of contacts to expand her real estate business.

Melinda has been married to her husband Chris since 1999. He is a commercial truck account manager for Carl Black GMC in Kennesaw Georgia. They have two sons, Carson and Corbin. They currently reside in Monroe County.

Melanie has been a resident of Georgia for the past 10 years.

Melanie is a graduate from DuBois Business College with an Associate Legal Secretarial Degree. She has worked in various office settings over the years. For the past 2 years, Melanie has been managing personal real estate rentals and recently obtained her real estate license.

She and her family are members of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Macon where she served on the Welcoming Committee and taught CCD for a number of years.

Charlie Simmons has lived and worked in Macon and Middle Georgia since his teens. He joins Rivoli Realty after a long career in the automobile retail trade business. Charlie stayed with the same company for over 30 years and understands commitment and loyalty. He and his wife, the former Pat Bryant, have been married since 1966. They have raised 2 girls and 1 boy who each graduated from Windsor Academy. Each of his children received a college education with all of them being school teachers. He is proud and blessed to have 6 grandchildren. He keeps extremely busy between real estate, his family and his church duties. He and Pat are members of Mabel White Memorial Baptist Church where he serves as an Elder and is chairman of several different committees.

Jonathan is from Mobile, Alabama, but has lived in Macon for 13 years and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from Mercer University. He has worked directly with customers throughout his professional career, as a restaurant manager, at GEICO, and as a business owner. His most recent project prior to joining Rivoli Realty was to help his wife, Rebekah, start Amphora Pottery Studio ‘a Paint Your Own Pottery Studio’ on Zebulon Road.

Rebekah and Jonathan have been married since 2002. When not busy with work, they love reading, fine arts, movies, and spending time with friends. They attend Vineville North Baptist Church and volunteer in the children’s ministries.

With a strong interest in the residential investment side of real estate, Jonathan is helping Rivoli add a new piece to their portfolio by offering rental property management. Jonathan will also be helping buyers find their dream homes. Kelli is no stranger to Middle Georgia. She was born and raised in Fort Valley, lived in Byron for 8 years and has recently built a new home in Monroe County. Kelli’s husband, Jim, is the Principal of Mary Persons High School. They have two children Kennedy and Jimbo. They are somewhat of a divided household: Kelli is a 1995 graduate of Auburn University, her husband is an avid Alabama fan and her children are Georgia Bulldog fans!

Prior to Kelli’s career in real estate, she worked for ten years for the local Coca-Cola bottler as an outside sales representative. At Coca-Cola she gained vast knowledge and experience about sales and also developed relationships with her customers in the Middle Georgia area that will last a lifetime.

Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, attending Bible study and participating in church activities. Kelli is an avid Bunko player and enjoys making pottery in her spare time.

Marlisis Salazar was born and raised in Cuba. She is a graduate of the University of the East with a Bachelors degree in History and Social Sciences. Marlisis came to Macon most recently from Spain with her husband, Pablo. Pablo is a private business owner and holds a Master's Degree in Artsfrom the University of Havana. He owns MP Remodeling & Repair, Inc. He specializes in interior design and general contracting. He has owned this business since 1992. Marlisis has worked along side of him and has assisted him in different aspects of the business.

Marlisis loves to read, go to the movies, snorkel and travel. She is a person of high-energy and always on the move but manages to spend largeamounts of time with her husband and kids - which is her favorite thing to do!
