Denna specializes in General Commercial Real Estate.
She has been a licensed agent since 2005 and prior to joining Rivoli Realty, she was a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with Brown & Williamson Tobacco. She brings 15 years experience of financial analysis and computer modeling. She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Denna is married to Keith Ochs, the owner and operator of Allstar Landscaping, Pressure Washing, and Lawn Maintenance. They have one daughter, Karsen, who is active in numerous church programs and gymnastics. Denna is an avid reader and runner, but her primary hobby is spending time with her family.
Denna, Keith and Karsen are active members of Martha Bowman United Methodist Church, where they participate in numerous church programs.
